This page provides information about how BadPups Entertainment (“BadPups,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) complies with the European Union’s Digital Services Act (DSA) (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065).

Content Moderation and Terms of Service
BadPups hosts user-generated content, including text, images, videos, and audio. We strive to maintain a safe and respectful environment while respecting freedom of expression.
Our website policies set and explain:
- The types of content that are permitted and prohibited on BadPups.
- How we moderate content.
- The reasons why we may remove or restrict content, including violations of our Terms and Conditions illegal content, or content that violates third-party rights.

Notice of Content Removal and User Appeals
When we remove or restrict user content for violations of our policies or legal obligations, we will provide the affected user with:
- A clear explanation of why the content was removed or restricted.
- Information about how to appeal the decision.
- Contact details for submitting an appeal.
Users may submit appeals or complaints regarding content moderation decisions by replying to the email notifying them of our decision or by visiting our Contact us page.
Trusted Flaggers
We acknowledge our obligations under the DSA to prioritize notices from trusted flaggers designated by EU and other country’s relevant authorities. If we receive such notices, we will handle them with priority and in accordance with the DSA (and for outside the EU any other requirements).
Complaint Handling Mechanism
If you believe we have incorrectly removed or restricted your content or that our content moderation practices have otherwise affected your rights, you have the right to file a complaint.
To file a complaint, reply to the email notifying you of our decision or reach us by visiting our Contact us page, and include relevant information about the content and the moderation decision you are contesting.
We will review all complaints carefully and provide a timely response, in accordance with our obligations under the DSA.
Transparency Reports
We publish regular transparency reports summarizing:
- The number and type of content moderation actions we have taken.
- The number of appeals received and outcomes.
- Any other information required under the DSA.
- And other information beneficial to users.

Updates
We may update this DSA Compliance Page from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or as required by law. The latest version will always be available here.
