Welcome to BadPups! Before uploading any content, Content Creators must complete identity verification (and ID check), complete and sign the Performer Consent, Model Release & 2257 Compliance Form, and agree to the terms outlined in our Model / Performer Agreement to ensure full compliance with international laws, industry standards, and especially for our payment processors (Visa and Mastercard).

Performer / Model Compliance Requirements

To maintain a safe, legal, and ethical platform, we require all content creators (also known as “Content Uploaders”, “Pornstars”, “Models”, “Performers”, “Participants”, and “Actors”) to complete the following steps:

1. Read, complete and sign the all in one Performer Consent, Model Release & 2257 Compliance Form

We’ve made everything into one simple form for you to complete to make things as easy as possible, while still being compliant with the law. You may notice if you have used another platform like OnlyFans that our process is similar but not exactly the same due to the types of content we allow.

All Content Creators (Models / Performers) – so every person who is included in your content – needs to have filled out this form (and provide their ID – more details in next section). It applies even if:

• a person is in the background, and/or
• is in a video but lives in another country, and/or
• your videos are made outside of the United States.

BadPups is based in the U.S., therefore U.S. laws apply to everyone using our platform (says the law).

If a person appears in your content you upload, you must tag them on the content upload form, or if they do not have a BadPups account, upload the Performer Consent, Model Release & 2257 Compliance Form for them in Consent Center. If no form or ID is provided, the video will be held until you do provide it, or be rejected and you will have to re-submit it. You should provide all forms and ID BEFORE uploading to make it easier.

Where to obtain and upload the form and provide my ID documents?

This form and ID documents (more info on ID in next section) can be uploaded to your account in the Consent Center section or emailed to us (email available in the Consent Center or on the form). Details and documents of other participants can be uploaded or emailed to us by you, or uploaded or email to us by the other participant – as long as we receive the information and documents from someone.

2. Identity (ID) Verification

After completing the Performer Consent, Model Release & 2257 Compliance Form in section 1, you will also need to provide your ID (the form reminds you of this as well).

You will need to provide:

• A clear photo/video of you with your government-issued photo ID next to your face (e.g., passport, driver’s license)
• AND the front and back of your ID document

You might be required to provide:

• Additional documents
• A video with special requests to help confirm you are a real person (in the age of AI and deepfakes)

Identity verification will be done by BadPups Staff, or by a 3rd party accreddited ID verification provider. You can upload your ID to accompany your form from section 1 in Consent Center.

How to do your ID check: You can complete your ID check by visiting Consent Center in your Account Dashboard OR by uploading it/sending it to us with your Performer Consent, Model Release & 2257 Compliance Form – the options available are shown in the Consent Center.

3. Ongoing Compliance

We may periodically request updated documents, especially if:

• You change your legal name or appearance significantly after your initial form and ID upload (your details must match our records and your bank account for payouts)
• There’s a legal concern or report involving your content

Model / Performer Agreement

By uploading content to BadPups, you agree to the following terms:

1. Legal Consent & Responsibility

• You affirm that all individuals in your content are over 18 (or legal age) and have consented to the content’s creation and upload.
• You understand that you are the primary producer under 18 U.S.C. §2257 and are responsible for maintaining all age verification and consent records. We may request these records or require them to be uploaded as part of verification and compliance.

2. 🚫 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload any content that:

• Involves non-consensual acts, minors, trafficking, or prohibited fetishes/themes, or is illegal or abusive
• Violates the BadPups Content Rules or Terms of Service
• Includes any person who has not consented in writing (by completing the form in section 1) to appear.

3. License Grant

• You grant BadPups a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, stream, promote, and distribute your content.
• You retain ownership of your content but authorize BadPups to use it as part of the platform experience (e.g., thumbnails, search previews).

4. Revenue & Payouts

• You will receive 80% of earnings (or the amount specified on your account) from your content (subscriptions, tips, etc.).
• Payouts are subject to standard terms, withholding periods, and applicable fees or taxes.
• You agree to only use verified payment methods in your legal name or your registered business entity. These payment methods will need to be in the same name as the legal information on your BadPups account. Contact us if you need help with this.

5. Misrepresentation

• You must not impersonate others or submit false documents.
• Doing so may result in permanent account termination and legal action.

6. Legal Compliance

• You agree to cooperate with any legal request involving your content (e.g., providing 2257 records if required).
• You understand that BadPups may remove content, suspend accounts, or report violations to relevant authorities to comply with the law.

7. Additional terms and conditions

You also agree to the terms and conditions found in the Performer Consent, Model Release & 2257 Compliance Form you provided from section 1.
