1. Premium Platform Payment Restrictions

1.1 Due to the rules set by Banks and Payment processors we work with, and regulations set by the United States, we cannot offer the following services:

1.1.A.1. BadPups Premium Accounts and access for susbcribing to Content Creators or receiving payouts from subscribers. Specifically no premium services (BadPups Premium) and features involving payments (Creator Payouts, Payment to a creator, Any payment transaction).

To the following users:

1.1.B.1. Any person residing in countries and jurisdictions sanctioned and/or restricted by the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

1.1.B.2. Any person residing in the following countries and jurisdictions: Russia, Donetsk, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria, and the Crimea, and Luhansk regions.

1.1.B.3. Any other person, country, or jurisdiction our partners prohibit, is sanctioned against, or restricted.

Additional restrictions may apply as neccessary.

2. If you fall under these Service Restrictions

Users who are affected by these Service Restrictions:

2.1. Will not be able to use the aforementioned service(s) and feature(s) of our platform.
2.2. May additionally have their account disabled and access removed.
2.3. May not be able to receive successful outcomes for service(s) such as ID and banking checks.
2.4. May have other restrictions, limits, and bans in place.
